Ciseern by Designer Furnishings Private Limited was started in 1997 by our founders Dean Lim and Kenneth Tay – a pair of childhood friends sharing the same passion for designing homes. Working out of a modest office in Ang Mo Kio together with three other designers, they took on their first projects. By telling themselves that every job is a show of faith from clients for their as-yet unexplored talents, they gave their all to every piece of work, winning the hearts and trust of our clients. It was this trust that kept Dean and Kenneth going, and built the foundation of all our successes.
