I Anil Kumar and I had travelled to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore in May 2010 through Club 7 Holidays, Ahmedabad. Mr. Prashant Patel was tour Manager. That tour service was very good. As I had liked the services, I booked a "Best of China " tour from Club 7 ( 11 ngiths ) , centrum house,Mumbai. Aarti Nagadiya is the co-ordinator for this tour. As I am working for ONGC, I have to ger prior permission and leave for foreign tour which is very difficult.
As I was transfered to Mumbai, I booked the China tour in July. But after more than a month of booking, Aarti asked me to Change over to
" Highlights of China" tour ( just 8 nights) As I was not at all interested in reduced tour, how ever I agreed provided club 7 gives me add on package to Hong Kong with additional fare. Accordingly when I aksed for the quote Aarti sent me the following quote for Hong kong addon and the content of her mail I am sending here with.
TOUR COST INCLUDES AS BELOW AS:-
1) 02NIGHT /03 DAYS accommodation at Shamrock Hotel with Breakfast
2) Half day HKG Island Tour
3) Return airport seat-in-coach transfer with one luggage transfer per person
4) Full day Disneyland tour.

Finally, they started curtaining one by one from the Hong kong package. First, they said Disney land tour, I have to do on my own. Half day tour, they can't provide on the day of arrival, then, Hotel pick up to airport on departure day, I have to pay 70 USD extra.
After this, I was so much fedup and was about to cancel the whole trip, but after I talked to Prashant in Ahmedabad, he asked to contact Rajesh Sethi. Then Mr rajesh realising the mistake commited by Club 7, asked Oshma Doshi of Club 7 to arrange half day tour in Hong kong and Hotep pick up to airport on departure day. Any way thanks to rajesh and Usham for helping me out.
But today ( 29th sept, ) When I got the Invoice in my mail from Aarti, I was so furious, that many things she was going back on her commitment. She had told, Visa feel for China would be Rs. 2500/- per head , but now she is charging 2610/- per hear plus Rs 3000/- as service charges for Visa !!!!! which she had never told while giving me the quote.
secondly, as I had come through, Prashant of Club 7 ahmedabad, she had given a quote of 2000/- per head as discount , but now she says she had given a discount of Rs 1000/- per head !!!!
With all these bad experience, I have decided to end any furhter tours from Club 7 after this china tour and also never to reccomend to any of my friends
