The entity was promoted by Mr. S. Krishnan, his family members and friends to offer almost free services to growing up children who have less exposure to English language and Computer operating skills.
Mr. Krishnan is a Precision Mechanical Engineer by profession. He had served in the Defence Services for about 10 years. On getting release, he left India and employed with Leica Heerbrugg, Switzerland at Middle East and East Africa for about Quarter of a Century in various capacities.
On returning to India during mid 2005, with the blessings of the family members and friends, C-Tec Center for Computer Studies blossomed
