However it was the arrival of Ganjam Nagappa in Bangalore in 1885 from the eponymous village of Ganjam in Mysore (not to be confused with the original Ganjam in Orissa, India) that laid the modern day foundation of this legendary brand. Based our Bangalore, Ganjam today is a much revered name among the lovers of high and design, with its flagship store and two boutiques (one in Mumbai).
