If you want guaranteed delivery service without a headache we do not recommend Gati. They claim 24 hours delivery on their Website for AIR Shipments, but they delivered after 3 days. On the same return COD shipment one would expect the 24 hour return delivery for which they charge Rs 200/-. Unfortunately depending on who you speak to and the time of the day they say that it will take anywhere from 3-7 working days ?? You can contact their local offices but do not expect any service. As a matter of fact they do not even pickup on the committed date, They will come based on their schedule.
