My sister and I travelled in Indo Canadian bus on Nov 5th from Indira Gandhi Airport - New Delhi to Ambala.
The services provided by the IndoCanadian were highly unethical and disappointed. It was just opposite to what they advertise in commercials.
1. The Bus was over crowded with the passengers even we purchased ticket 5 days ahead. We have to keep standing till their office came and then made our arrangements after so many argument to another Van.
2. Bus scheduled time is 1:30 a.m. but it started after 3:00 a.m
3. AC of the bus was not working earlier as the water was not added in the AC unit.
4. There is no storage space for Luggage in the bus. Luggage was boarded on the roof of the Bus.
5. Van Driver was slept only for 2 hours in 24 hours. Passengers have to keep him busy in talking so that he didn't fall sleep posted on 2010-12-07
