Sub: Citizen’s right to grievance redress bill
We want to suggest that supporting documents list should be displayed outside a notice board of the concerned office . The list should remain constant and not change with the change of the officer incharge. This should be gazetted by the govt.
The person who receives the application should check that the application is complete incase it is not he/she should help in completing it and still if there is some discrepancy it should be given in writing and should be the final requirement of the application and should not further demand any document. the PRO and the receiving person should be responsible for the incomplete applications
We suggest that there should be a teaching subject in the education system in the secondary school to bring awareness in the common man about the state/centre schemes of the govt. and the formalities for the general documentation for every general govt.service e.g. driving licence passport birth /death certificate or any general certifications etc .
All this will relieve the common man from every day corruption posted on 2011-11-13
