I have purchased a Morphy Richards Food processor 3 years back. Recently the atta kneader blade broke. I am looking for a spare for the atta kneader blade.
I have contacted your customer care in hyderabad (HITECH CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE) but they have refused to provide the spare part saying the product is no more in production.
I am not able to understand why do you sell a product if you cannot assure the availability of spare parts. Food processor is not something I would buy every 2-3 years. Please look into the matter and provide me the part as soon as possible.
