2	I always go to naturals Mandavelli during the weekend and i truly relax with the hair oil massage and foot reflexology . the ambiance is very calming and even though the staff is too noisy otherwise, they make sure that they shut up while working. so far all my experiences there has been very good. professional service, great ambiance, an apple juice in the middle of my hair oil massage and a heavy bill. (which salon charges cheap?) this is definitely a worth it haunt during my weekend. posted on 2011-09-04
3	Visited Naturals@sarjapur road. Pathetic services. Absolutely no customer orientation. I was charged 550 for a haircut without wash and a one min so called blow dry. My hair were left all damp. I cried when i looked at my hair...was well off without the cut that was given. Spoilt my initial hair style as well. The guys there have no clue about style. Crappy dumb people sitting there. On top of it the person gave an argument that charges for cut with and without hair wash are the same. i asked him if i want just a hair wash...will you do it for free !!!!!!! Trust me these guys have no intention to make the customer feel happy when he/she leaves. Instead its a frustrating experience. 4	I visited Naturals thrice for my haircut and eyebrows. First the beauticians are not at all professionals and do not have manners. second, I have experienced a very bad service from them.The first day I went there, they did my eyebrows well. Although some parts were left out but it still seemed fine. The next time, I went for for a haircut and eyebrows. The day they cut my hair it seemed good but the very next day after wash, my hair became even more fragile, dull and worse. The cut was also not looking good. It was suppose to be a step-cut but they only know what they made out of it. I went for a re-cut to some other parlor. They also spoiled my eyebrows twice. No matter what location you choose, its the same type of service. They better learn to be professionals or shut their shop. posted on 2010-12-19
5	Naturals salon in rajajinagar has very bad hair stylists.Recently got a hair cut for 600 rs and its horrible. They do exactly the opposite what we want, never listen to whatever we say. Beauticians are not trained at all and they just experiment on our hair.Lost my money and hair too. They have their own hair styles which are pathetic. 6	After hearing good reviews about Naturals in Chennai,I recently visited Naturals Beauty Salon in HYderabad(Kondapur Branch) recently.Their service is very very bad. I got my eyebrows trimmed and the next day morning i could the area around my eyebrows with many scars.I applied Soframycin ointment for 1 week and ended up with 1 deep scar,which as per dermatolgist will never go. The people who work are neither professional nor trained by Naturals.They just come from local parlours.The pedicure and manicure i got were good.So for that reason,i can rate them "1". posted on 2010-05-31
7	I just came back from a hair cut from Naturals salon at Kondapur ,Hyderabad. Costomers be aware they are looters to any extent. Clarify rates before you take service. They charge 250/- for a my 4 year kid hair cut which was just resizing on the edge without any steps or speciality service. On phone they saw 70/- rupees but once done they saw its our 10 year experienced stylist who has done the service. I damn care about their experience but it was definitely not worth the job done. I feel Jawed Habib is a much better oftion any day. They really make you worth the job do even if I have to pay double for it. Pedicure which i tried today was a disaster. The girl who was doing servie did not know how to do proper filing and polishing after scrubbing. I will have to redo it again at home. posted on 2010-04-25
8	Naturals on the 13th Main road Anna Nagar has an excellent ambience and very friendly staffs as well. Now you dont have to worry about sharing your space with the opposite sex. My whole family and I had a great experience with the bridal package, which i feel is really worth the money. posted on 2008-08-22
9	The only reason I opted to go to Naturals is that they offer Fish pedicure and I was curious to experience it. I went to the new branch opened at Indira Nagar, Adyar-The place is excellent but what is the use?I'm not paying just for the ambience! The staff need proper training to how to communicate and they need to know that they should be careful when doing beauty treatments. C'mon, u go to a salon to not just look good but also FEEL good,don't u??the fish eating up the dead skin was a new and great experience but the scrubbing part of it was bad.the woman scrubbed so hard that i spotted a stain of blood on my toe.and she didn't seem to care too much about it.the most pathetic part is, after i came home i realised that i had bruises too. damn, they dont know how to talk AT ALL!! why do we go to a salon?the purpose was not served although the parts eaten up by the doctor fish felt smooth and cleaner. for heaven's sake, the staff should learn basic manners and etiquette and of course, english and/or Tamil. the saddest part is, the price i paid to learn a lesson is close to Rs 2000.
