Nittany Decision Services was formed in the year 1994 with the objective of providing IT-Enabled Services (ITES) to health insurance companies and providers within the US healthcare industry. Nittany has transitioned, run and scaled-up processes and services for various clients, in the US Healthcare space. Nittany’s clients include range of providers, from single Doctor Practices to group practices, large clinics and hospitals.
Nittany’s services include all aspects of revenue cycle management for provider clients including coding, coding audit services (fraud and abuse prevention), transaction processing and Account receivables follow-up. On the payer side, Nittany has handled everything from enrollment processing to claims processing, set-up of rules on the adjudication engines, final check cutting and member helpdesks.
