Rugsale.com conducts business shamefully. I paid via Paypal and so they had my money immediately. I placed an order in June of 2010 and a week later was told the item would not be available for shipment until September 2010. Of course, in doing so, if they never deliver, you have now exceeded your 45 day limit with Paypal to open a dispute, which is what happened to me. Many emails and promises by rugsale and still no rug and they have not refunded my money. Now they are just not responding to my emails. Buyer beware!
