Hi Team, This is complaint regarding the hospital staff who sits in lower ground floor of Budhrani Hospital, Koregaon Park,Pune. The patient name Mrs Kusum Khaladkar RT No-14208, is currently treated for Radiation and Onology under Dr Gautam Sharan. Last two days of radiation she was suffering from vomiting and medicines was inputed by her as per insturction of Dr Gautam Shravan. Today when she went for radiation she told the receptionist that she want to meet doctor to change the medicines as she was still unwell after taking the medicines. But the hospital staff didn't allowed her to meet the doctor and told her that she can meet him after 2.30pm. This is not the way to treat an unwell person, she was not able to stand and they were telling her to wait till 2.30. The main concern is about the receptionist who sits in lower ground floor, dont have knowledge how to talk with patient, non co-operative nature.
